I had the pleasure of shooting engagement photographs of Sheila and Hoopes recently.  For the shoot we spent the day at the San Diego Zoo.  The zoo provided a carousel as a great backdrop.  The carousel had special meaning for Sheila, as it resonated with her ties to the carousels of her childhood home of New England.  It also ties into her wedding theme of east meets west — Martha’s vineyard meets San Diego.  Congratulations to Sheila and Hoopes.  Way to grab that brass ring!  I’m looking forward to covering their upcoming wedding!
